If you encounter a genuine defect with the product, simply inform us within 1 days.
We will provide a free replacement for the item.
Please note that replacements are only possible for genuine defects as all our products are custom-made. Refunds are not available.

Our t-shirt sizes follow Indian standard sizes.
Since each t-shirt is custom-made according to your order, we cannot offer size replacements.

Check the t-shirt chest width & height measurements before placing an order.
If you plan to purchase multiple t-shirts, we recommend buying 1 quantity first to confirm your size.

Claim Process
Replacement requests must be submitted via email.

You are responsible for sending the product back to us at your expense for a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer a reverse pick-up service.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through payment reversal to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy Refund Process
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. COD : The number and name with which you placed the order. Money will be given only to the registrar's upi id with the same name and number. You will be given Rs 100 less money if it happens due to your mistake
Please allow up to 1 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your payment method. Money will be given after you receive the item. Money will not be given if you receive the wrong item.
